Why META?
We provide assistance to children whose language barrier prevents them from fully integrating into education in the Czech Republic, fulfilling their potential and eventually finding employment in the labor market. We support their teachers in the form of counselling, educating and providing methodological and teaching materials. We help families of foreigners to understand the conditions of education in the Czech Republic and offer activities that will enable them to integrate into society. We are starting the conversation about the need to teach Czech as a second language as a prerequisite for successful integration.
Internship and professional experience
We plan internships so that they are as effective as possible and give an idea of all the activities we do at META. We accept students from high schools, colleges and universities. We plan the content with regard to our current workload and projects as well as the needs and goals of interns.
